Grant attribute rights to NDPSM
This is a harmless error caused by the fact that they have not extended the Schema to add Free Quota, and after they extend they have to Grant NDPS attribute rights to the new extension, and set everyones balance to at least Zero.  603 simply means can't read attribute.

CARDPIN.DBF duplicate key error.

Best is to delete CARDPIN.* and reimport data if possible.

Otherwise the manual fix:
- Delete cardpin.cdx
- Rename cardpin.dbf to cardpin2.dbf
- Open cardpin2.dbf in Excel, sort, delete duplicate card id records
- Choose Pcounter Pro tab in PAdmin, cardpin.dbf and cardpin.cdx will be recreated
- Switch to User Accounting tab
- Copy cardpin2.dbf to cardpin.dbf
- Switch to Pcounter Pro tab
- Choose Database, Reindex

adding client codes
error indicates that the index file (CDX) for the PPOPUP.DBF is corrupted. 
You could try using the Database->Reindex option.   If that doesn’t resolve the problem, you may need to delete or rename the client code database, start over and reimport the codes.
